With around 60 members from diverse professional backgrounds, our club is united by the motto of “Service Above Self.” We're dedicated to making a positive impact in our community and beyond, with a special focus on helping young people with their academic and career goals.

Savin Rock Festival Pancake Breakfast

The Rotary Club of West Haven is thrilled to partner with Chips Restaurant once again to host a free pancake breakfast for all Savin Rock Festival attendees!

Join us on Saturday morning, July 25th, for a delicious meal and a great opportunity to connect with our members. It’s the perfect time to enjoy breakfast while learning more about how you can get involved and make a meaningful impact in our community.

New Leadership

The Rotary Club of West Haven is pleased to announce that Leslie Cummings was sworn in as the club’s new President on June 26th during an installation ceremony held at Apps Ristorante.

Leslie brings a wealth of experience to the role, having served on the club’s Board of Directors in various capacities over the past several years. She is eager to lead the organization as we embark on a new year of service and community impact.

Peace Pole Project

Where the serene beauty of Old Grove Park meets the tranquil shores of Altschuler Beach, a beacon of hope has taken root. The Rotary Club of West Haven has proudly dedicated a Peace Pole, inscribed with the universal message "May Peace Prevail On Earth" in languages from around the globe.

The Rotary Peace Pole Project is a global initiative where local Rotary clubs sponsor, plant, and dedicate Peace Poles in their communities.

At its core, a Peace Pole is a monument that serves as an internationally recognized symbol of peace. Its primary objective aligns directly with one of Rotary International’s core areas of focus: Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention.
